Today I got my first taste of P90X. It was glorious.
I Brought It on the push-ups, but I am doing the "knee" ones. I am also using the resistance bands instead of the chin-up bar, just for a little while. Despite either of those minor setbacks, the work-out was difficult, I felt the burn, and I gave my all. That's what it is all about right? Woo!
AB RIPPER X: That workout is a trip. I am looking forward to the day when I will be able to keep up and do the whole thing. Can we say "Crunchy Frog??" (That may not be the correct name, hey its only my first day.)

25 knee Push Ups
24 band pull ups
5 Diamond Push ups
3 Dive bombers
20 chin ups
Today I ate banana, and an orange. I had a turkey and veggie sandwich for lunch. I drank green tea and water like crazy.
Off to a Great start!
