All I can say is: OUCH.
I have never had a workout where I was so sore before the workout ended, and even more sore immediately following the Workout.
It is now the next day, and every movement is a mission and is followed by a wince and at times a groan.
However, I am going to have some killer legs.
Plyometrics is fun, but a huge challenge.
Yesterday I think I ate pretty well. I had a bit of chili, which had a lot of protein and veggies, so I did not think it was that bad. My mom made spaghetti with mussels and clams, so I had a bit of pasta.
Today a coworker brought in cookies and I crumbled. I had 3. But I will eat straight greens and protein the rest of the day to try and make up for it.
I am eager to see my body change.
